- Ground floor office in a beautiful building set in 11.7 hectares of land, with water fountains, landscape all around, green area, man-made lake and a little maze. The premises were re-furbished 18 months ago and now include electric charge points. Located near the A1 for ease of travel from Stamford and surrounding areas. There is an on-site café which serves hot/cold food through the day with different menu options. This is accessible by the visitors also for when they may arrive a little early or want a hot drink. There is a free on-site visitors parking and a separate free parking for staff with 24 hour security in the building. The room is situated near the reception area, elegantly furnished with 3 light settings for soft and calming from the hustle and bustle of life to brighter for online/video sessions. Current availability is Fridays and Saturdays. Bookings can be for half days or full days, half days are from 8am to 1pm or from 2pm to 7pm, full days are from 8am (or earlier if you require) to 9pm.
