Absolutely. The paid plan includes multi-location support. Add as many studios, clinics or rooms as you need and manage them all from a single dashboard. Each location gets its own services, schedules, and staff assignments.
How much does WellnessRooms scheduling software cost?
WellnessRooms is free to start. The paid plan is £19.99/month (or £15.99/month billed annually — saving 20%). There are no per-booking fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on card payments.
How do I set up services with pricing and duration?
In your dashboard, go to Services & Classes. Click "Add Service" and set the name, duration, price, capacity, and any buffer time between sessions. You can create both 1:1 services and group classes with different capacity limits.
Can I run group classes with limited capacity?
Yes. When creating a class, set the maximum capacity (e.g. 12 for a reformer Pilates class). WellnessRooms will automatically stop accepting bookings once the class is full and can optionally manage a waitlist for cancellations.
What is the AI Scheduling Assistant?
The AI Scheduling Assistant analyses your booking patterns, room utilisation, and client preferences to suggest optimal schedule changes — like shifting a quiet afternoon class to a busier morning slot, or recommending which rooms to open on which days. It's available on the paid plan.
How does the booking page work?
You get a branded booking page (e.g. book.wellnessrooms.com/your-studio) that shows your services, real-time availability, and accepts payments. Share the link on your website, social media, or Google Business profile. Clients can book and pay in under 60 seconds.
Can clients book both services and classes?
Yes. Your booking page displays both 1:1 services and group classes. Clients choose what they'd like to book, pick an available time, and pay — all in one flow. You can also set different cancellation policies for services vs. classes.
